About me!
For more than two decades, I've had my hands in all sorts of creative projects and spaces, sometimes literally covered in ink from my letterpress days and other times wrangling spreadsheets or helping friends launch their dream businesses. Everything from running my own printshop, organizing team events, and filing invoices, to sketching out websites on napkins. I’ve worn a lot of hats, and my latest is motherhood, which keeps me humble and laughing.
My background is a mix of creative work and practical right-side-of-the-brain-thinking (I love a good system). I understand both the artist's brain and the business owner’s to-do list, and I’m really good at bridging that gap. My list of services outlines this, from design, to project management and admin, there’s all sorts of ways I can help wrangle things. I really do love bringing structure and organization into the picture, whether that’s organizing your studio, managing production timelines, designing your website, streamlining operations, coordinating launches or just keeping all the details from falling through the cracks.
There are so many ways we can work together, and I’d love to learn more about your business, your needs, and the pain points you’re facing, to see where I can help.

really nice things people have said:
I’ve worked with Taylor for over a decade, and she continues to impress me with her creativity, diligence, and innovation. From building my website to organizing my studio, assisting with marketing, and fostering lasting partnerships, her contributions have been invaluable. She keeps me focused, pushes me forward, and makes every project both productive and enjoyable.
-Meghan Shimek, Textile Artist
I felt supported and like for once, I was part of a team, which is something I don't always feel as a sole business owner. I knew that if I handed something off to her I could trust her to not only complete the task, but to bring her own level of expertise and experience to the matter.
-Maria Schoettler, Artist + Illustrator
Taylor has been involved in the art scene from many different angles and it is this expertise that makes her particularly knowledgeable and helpful. Her direction and assistance streamlined my website updates, newsletters and product launches. She also supported me at events and performances. I can't recommend her enough!
-Erin Hupp, Ceramic Artist
Working with Taylor is a joy. She’s a master at keeping things (and people) on track, and she's endlessly resourceful. With a great eye and thoughtful sense of creativity, Taylor brings a little bit of magic to everything she takes on.
-Jill Robertson, Co-founder of Office + Wee Society
I’ve worked on many projects with Taylor, and in all seriousness, they wouldn’t have been completed with such care if she hadn’t been in charge. She’s organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and grounded and I feel genuinely held when I work with her.
When Taylor’s involved, everything feels more grounded and clear. She handles things thoroughly, with great taste and zero chaos. She just gets it. I feel so lucky to have her in my corner.
Jen Garrido, Founder of Jenny Pennywood + Painter
Taylor is an absolute pleasure to work with. She's professional, kind, organized and creative. She helped me with some of my weakest areas as a small creative business and I quickly realized I could put faith in her to do them better than I could've: marketing, project management, client correspondence and newsletters. She always followed through, implemented organizational strategies and brought new ideas and enthusiasm to everything she took on. I saw immediate results from the work she did.
